Our Director, Michael has over 12 years security experience working in a range of roles within different sectors of the industry. In 2008, Michael started his career in crowd control for the entertainment industry before progressing into senior country-wide roles liaising with national clients. He has always known that customer experience is the driving force behind expansion and overall satisfaction for our business partners.
In 2014 Michael’s attention to detail allowed him to consistently transition between both the Security and Cleaning industry. Michael has adapted new and improved methods which differ Premium Services from our competitors
Michael takes it personally when it comes to the growth of our workforce and dedicated time to ensuring our staff are fully trained and up to date with all current policies and procedures. He oversees all day to day operations to ensure we are not only growing new business but building sustainable partnerships.
